Society has conditioned us to think we can’t do something or have something because we are told “no” all the time…

This comes from lack (or scarcity) mindset. When we say we can’t do something, we are saying no to the Universe. We are not allowing ourselves to trust in the process, thus staying in a resistance energy.

For some, it’s an autopilot reaction (instead of being proactive & figuring out a way to do it anyway if it’s something we want).

So, how do we change this in ourselves? I share three things to start off with on the path to "Yes, I Can!"
