As I am feeling the full effects of the new season we are in, I decided to take a light hearted turn in today’s video…

It shows just a few simple moments Timmy & I shared the past couple of days….nothing too exciting or life changing, but just moments I am grateful to have...

I noticed sometimes we tend to focus on the big picture a lot, which is good in itself. But when we don’t take pause & remember the little moments that define us or even make our lives more joyous, we miss out on the important things ….

While I don’t really talk about anything inspirational in this video, it aligns with the same energy of being happy within your own authenticity & what life has to offer...it is the day to day things that make life worthwhile; the love of your pet, the walks outside to get that Vitamin D, that cup of coffee you enjoy in the morning or just breathing & being still in the present moment…

When we remember these things, we remember who we are, why we are here….

We are here to enjoy the temporary human existence we are so very fortunate to experience...even if life is hard, which it can be quite often, there’s ALWAYS at least one thing we can find gratitude in & reminds ourselves that, if not today, tomorrow will be a brighter day….

When we seek the light within, we come out of it stronger, more authentic & better than ever. So remember those tiny moments that lead up to even greater ones….take pause & bask in the gift we have. The true gift is the present moment….
