En este post les dejare la rutina que hago para lograr este movimiento y también debo compartirles que actualmente estoy entrenando de manera progresiva ya que antes tenía estos movimientos pero era un nivel inestable y decidí empezar desde 0 actualmente voy a mitad de camino, voy paso a paso pero seguro. Verán los básicos que hago para lograr este estático y los básicos comunes que hago después de entrenar este movimiento, espero les guste el post y sin más nada que decir. ¡Comenzamos! 💪🏽
