Ésta exhibición fue una experiencia increíble para mí, el ambiente, mis compañeros, las personas apoyándonos de verdad no hicieron sentir muy cómodos y eso nos ayudó a hacer mejor las cosas, la organización estuvo a otro nivel, el comportamiento de los atletas impecable cada día estamos mejorando para dar nuestra mejor versión.

This exhibition was an incredible experience for me, the atmosphere, my teammates, the people supporting us really made us feel very comfortable and that helped us to do things better, the organization was at another level, the behavior of the athletes was impeccable, every day we are improving to give our best version.

El evento da comienzo comienzo con una charla saludando a las personas haciéndolas sentir más en confort, dandole agradecimiento a la entidades que nos permitieron realizar la exhibición y por último explicando lo que es el street workout y la Calistenia

Calistenia: Ejercicios básicos como dominadas, flexiones, abdominales, fondos en barra.

Dinámicos: Trucos en barra fija como giros, transiciones, cambios.

Estáticos: Ejercicios con dominio del peso corporal como full planche, front lever, back lever, hand stand.

Freestyle: Combinación de dinámicos y estáticos en un solo combo.

Calisthenics: Basic exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, barbell dips.

Dynamics: Fixed bar tricks such as turns, transitions, changes.

Static: Exercises with body weight control such as full planche, front lever, back lever, hand stand.

Freestyle: Combination of dynamic and static in a single combo.
