Éste video es algo tranquilo, para verlo y disfrutar, también pueden usarlo de guía si no saben cómo hacer una activación muscular con este instrumento. De verdad me dí cuenta utilizandola del por qué la recomiendan tanto, es un instrumento sencillo pero que nos ayuda muchísimo por lo menos a los atletas de Streetworkout a mejorar y conseguir nuestros estaticos. This video is something quiet, to watch and enjoy, you can also use it as a guide if you do not know how to make a muscle activation with this instrument. I really realized using it why they recommend it so much, it is a simple tool but that helps us a lot at least Streetworkout athletes to improve and get our statics.
