    Hola Hivers, les traigo una receta que preparo: una, dos o tres veces al año.
    Vino de la fruta de la temporada.
    En esta ocasión, use Cambur, Banana o platano.
    Para esta receta se usaron:
    2.5 Kg de pulpa Banana (pelada).
    500gr de azucar blanca.
    10gr de levadura panadera.
    12 litros de agua.
    Se pelan los cambures o Bananas, se licuan y se van colocando en el botellón previamente lavado y esterilizado.
    Le vamos agregando la levadura, el azúcar y el agua.
    Nunca llenar todo el botellón, debe tener un rango de tolerancia.
