Today, I was feeling down health-wise as I have been really stressed and finally fell sick. I was torn between skipping this weeks entry but I had to say nice and beautiful words to myself. This I did through singing the song “Perfect”.

Hoy me he sentido mal de salud porque he estado muy estresado y finalmente me he puesto enfermo. Estaba dudando entre saltarme la entrada de esta semana pero tenía que decirme palabras bonitas y hermosas a mí mismo. Esto lo hice cantando la canción "Perfect".
