Upon seeing the theme for this week and just brainstorming a really befitting theme for it, I played with the idea of some songs in certain contexts as they expressed the theme in one way or the other but I was not convinced. Right before, I was about to settle for a song option and record, this song dropped in my mind with such a beautiful context to it.

First of all, Andrea Bocelli is one exceptional and beloved classical singer. He is an icon and a living legend. His operatic tenor is just pure talent, grace, and skills in display. Did I also mention that he is a multi-instrumentalist? Such an outstanding human! I get so excited each time I get to perform a song performed by him.

Second, The Lord’s Prayer is initially from the Bible when Jesus was teaching us how to pray to our God in Heaven. There’s no denying that the times are ever changing and while some might think of it as evolving, these are new times that we are in, then we eventually get used to it, they become old and the cycle continues.

The lyrics of The Lord’s Prayer is a reminder that regardless of the times, we can always go to God in prayer for absolutely anything and it even goes further to show us how. Hola amores,
Al ver el tema de esta semana y al hacer una lluvia de ideas sobre un tema realmente adecuado para él, jugué con la idea de algunas canciones en ciertos contextos, ya que expresaban el tema de una manera u otra, pero no estaba convencido. Justo antes de que me decidiera por una opción de canción y la grabara, me vino a la mente esta canción con un contexto tan bonito.

En primer lugar, Andrea Bocelli es un cantante clásico excepcional y muy querido. Es un icono y una leyenda viva. Su tenor operístico es puro talento, gracia y habilidad. ¿He mencionado también que es un multiinstrumentista? Es un ser humano excepcional. Me emociono mucho cada vez que puedo interpretar una canción interpretada por él.

En segundo lugar, el Padre Nuestro proviene inicialmente de la Biblia, cuando Jesús nos enseñaba cómo orar a nuestro Dios en el cielo. No se puede negar que los tiempos cambian constantemente y, aunque algunos piensen que evolucionan, son tiempos nuevos en los que estamos, luego nos acostumbramos, se vuelven viejos y el ciclo continúa.

La letra del Padre Nuestro es un recordatorio de que, independientemente de los tiempos, siempre podemos acudir a Dios en oración para absolutamente todo, e incluso va más allá para mostrarnos cómo hacerlo.
