I wish I could play the trumpet. I would play this melody, the first one to come to my head from my heart:
Body and Soul
Before doing this post I didn't know much about this Jazz standard. It was "just" a very familiar melody that invited me to fantasy worlds. Some of them I created in this life.
After my google investigation I found out this:
Didn't know these guys, now I do. Many famous singers sang it. My favourite version is on Armstrongs' Trumpet! Of course! He also sings the lyrics:
