Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Full Deportes en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

Seguimos con los entrenamientos, sobre la bicicleta y esta vez, por falta de tiempo y situaciones climáticas, nos vimos obligados a salir muy temprano; Asumiendo la responsabilidad de tal situación.
Invito a mi amigo del ciclismo Braian González y casi sin dudarlo, me dijo, hagámoslo.
La única indicación del entrenador fue, rodar por aproximadamente 1:30 hs (horas), ya que estamos muy próximo a la carrera que estamos preparando, que obviamente, le estaré compartiendo en esta bonita comunidad de @fulldeportes.

We continued with the training, on the bike and this time, due to lack of time and weather conditions, we were forced to leave very early; assuming the responsibility of such a situation.
I invite my cycling friend Braian Gonzalez and almost without hesitation, he told me, let's do it.
The only indication of the coach was, to ride for approximately 1:30 hs (hours), since we are very close to the race we are preparing, which obviously, I will be sharing in this beautiful community of @fulldeportes.

Debo decir, que rodar muy temprano, tiene sus consecuencias negativas y positivas; La inseguridad es el principal impedimento. Pero, como siempre me quedo con lo positivo, la ADRENALINA, que conlleva tal situación, es única. Esa sensación de "LIBERTAD", es realmente muy recomendable.
No tengo luz, pero gracias a la ayuda de Braian, pude realizarlo.

I must say that riding very early has its negative and positive consequences; insecurity is the main impediment. But, as I always keep the positive, the ADRENALINE that comes with such a situation is unique. That feeling of "FREEDOM" is really very recommendable.
I have no light, but thanks to Braian's help, I was able to do it.

La aplicación que uso actualmente, para medir mis tiempos y evolución, en su versión gratuita, es Strava. Por un tema de seguridad arriba de la bicicleta, pude capturar muy pocas imágenes; Espero pronta hacerme de una cámara para colocar en el casco. ¡Todo llega!
