It shows how the Western powers have long had a close relationship with many of the Islamist terrorist groups they claim they are fighting against. During the Bosnian War and other conflicts in Europe, thousands of Islamist Extremists fighters, including future members of al Qaeda, were shipped through the so called "Croatian Pipeline" into conflicts to fight in pursuit of of NATO objectives. NATO troops both trained and fought alongside the jihadists.
