Holla amigos of Hive and the Pukumundo family, it's @ovey10 here again and today I bring to us a Trumpet plus Voice Cover of "Everything For Me" by J.J Hairston featuring The Youthful Band. This is a Nigerian gospel song I so much love because of the simplicity and powerful meaning of the song. J.J Hairston is one among the Nigerian artist I so much admire because of His skillful singing talent, He has that ability to play around tunes performing series of scales and lots of riffs and runs.
It has always been my desire to play the trumpet while I sing and I've been chasing that dream till now. In this video, I tried to do something of that nature i.e I tried to feature in the trumpet sound at some portions of the song and then continue with the normal vocal singing at some point too. I haven't tried this technique in this platform but I trust that I should continue.

About the song "Everything For Me" I learned to trust God even when I don't understand what's going on in my life because at some point it looks as if He isn't hearing me but I so much believe that His plans for me are greater than my thoughts. Those things I can't do for myself, I lay them down at His feet and some of my needs are met while some of them I believe the answer is 'wait there beloved, I the Lord do things at my appointed time' and I believe Him with all my life. Even when I don't see Him He is working and I believe everything is possible with my God.

Holla amigos de Hive y la familia Pukumundo, es @ovey10 aquí nuevamente y hoy les traigo un cover de trompeta y voz de "Everything For Me" de J.J Hairston con The Youthful Band. Esta es una canción góspel nigeriana que amo mucho por la sencillez y el poderoso significado de la canción. JJ Hairston es uno de los artistas nigerianos que admiro tanto por su hábil talento para el canto. Tiene esa habilidad de tocar melodías interpretando series de escalas y muchos riffs y carreras.
Siempre ha sido mi deseo tocar la trompeta mientras canto y he estado persiguiendo ese sueño hasta ahora. En este video, traté de hacer algo de esa naturaleza, es decir, traté de presentar el sonido de la trompeta en algunas partes de la canción y luego continuar con el canto vocal normal en algún momento también. No he probado esta técnica en esta plataforma pero confío en que debo continuar.
Sobre la canción "Todo para mí" Aprendí a confiar en Dios incluso cuando no entiendo lo que está pasando en mi vida porque en algún momento parece que no me está escuchando, pero creo mucho en sus planes para mí. son más grandes que mis pensamientos. Esas cosas que no puedo hacer por mí mismo, las pongo a Sus pies y algunas de mis necesidades son satisfechas, mientras que algunas de ellas creo que la respuesta es 'esperen allí amados, yo, el Señor, hago las cosas en mi tiempo señalado' y yo creerle con toda mi vida. Aun cuando no lo veo El esta obrando y creo que todo es posible con mi Dios.
