    Hola comunidad de @fuldeportes me paseo por aquí por mi canal en @threespek para mostrarles una rutina sencilla para tonificar los bíceps, hombros y tríceps sin necesidad de ir al gimnasio, aunque en este sitio el material es más completo para un entrenamiento adecuado. Esta pequeña rutina va dirigida aquellas personas que por cuestiones de tiempo bien sea de trabajo o estudio, no podemos asistir constantemente al gym, se trata de un súper circuito donde se entrenan brazos y hombros con pesas improvisadas desde el hogar, se trata de hacer 30 repeticiones en cada musculo sin descansar para un total de 90, al llegar a esta cifra se puede hidratar y descansar un minuto para ir a la siguiente serie. En total se hacen tres series de 90 repeticiones divididas en 30 para cada musculo, para un total global de 270 repeticiones divididas entre tres. Algunos entrenadores recomiendan no entrenar estos músculos juntos el mismo día puesto que a según los músculos se queman o se pasman, yo particularmente he empezado a entrenarlo tres veces por semanas.
