Hola hola amigos viajeros! hoy me desplace unos cien kilometros para visitar por primera vez la aldea de Alcanede, una tierra ubicada en el centro del territorio Portugues y que apesar de ser muy pequeña tiene uno de los castillos mas bonitos de Portugal, y tambien destaca por ser uno de los mas antiguos! quien diria que esta fortificacion militar paso por la mano de pueblos arabes antiguos como los Moros y tambien por el gran imperio Romano! acompañame en esta experiencia.🏰🤴👸

If you come on vacation and you have little money, I recommend you make a short stop at the Alcanede castle, I promise you will not regret it, there are many advantages to visiting the place! Si vienes de vacaciones y traes poco dinero te recomiendo hacer una pequeña parada en el castillo de Alcanede te prometo que no te arrepentiras, hay muchas ventajas de visitar el lugar! primeramente es gratis, muy calmo no esta abarrotado de turistas, es un misterio y poco visitado casi nadie sabe de el! es gratis y tiene un estacionamiento seguro donde luego procederas a realizar un pequeño sendero de un kilometro para subir la colina!🏰🧭

La experiencia se torna gratificante porque mientras subes el sendero para llegar al castillo realizas un giro a la montaña de 360 grados lo que te permite acceder a una vista completa de todo el paisaje de la aldea de Alcanede, puedes detenerte y sentarse a contemplar la naturaleza, o haz como yo si tienes un drone traelo y usalo sin problema pues el area es abierto para volar drones solo debes cumplir cierto requisitos! como no exceder mas de 30m de altura!🌍🤴👸

If I could choose a date to visit the castle I think it would be in spring when the winter cold has already passed and the rains have decreased a bit, but look at me! I visited it in the middle of winter on a sunny day and it was quite a pleasant experience. The temperature was no less than 25 degrees, there was no wind! and the ground was not wet so either I was lucky or you can risk a visit in winter!🏰🧭

Si pudiera escoger una fecha para visitar el castillo creo que seria en primavera cuando el frio de invierno ya ha pasado y ha mermado un poco las lluvias, pero mirenme a mi! lo visite en pleno invierno en un dia soleado y fue una experiencia bastante agradable la temperatura no era menos de 25 grados, no habia viento! y la tierra no estaba mojada asi que o tuve suerte o puedes arriesgarte a hacer una visita en invierno!🏰👸🤴

I do not want to redound because I summarized the story in the video but I can say that the castle is quite old, dating from 49 BC and was built by the Arab peoples who would later be conquered by the Romans, then by the Moors who disputed the territory with the Portuguese for centuries.🧠🌍

I admit that it is quite beautiful and they did a beautiful restoration that lasted many years, however it was not the most interesting that I have visited! but while in the others you have restrictions and you pay a lot of money, this one has a lot of history and it's free! something motivating right?🚩🌍

Personally, these visits for me are stored in my trunk of memories and I will never forget them! They are one of those experiences that are capable of transporting you to those medieval years where there were soldiers around here fighting in bloody battles to defend their territories! there are few places where you can walk "templar" soil.🧠📚

I love Portugal for its great history, as you know in the age of discoveries Spain and Portugal were world powers, and both countries in their dispute over territory and power fought immense battles, and all these events would remain marked in history! and one of the synonyms of military power and medievalism are castles! A forgotten castle🙇‍♂️🧭/Un castillo olvidado🏰🚩
