Hola a todos, soy Opyavi, bienvenidos a Opylife. En este día los llevaré a explorar la ciudad de Mar del Plata.
Para mi viaje, utilicé los trenes argentinos, saliendo desde Buenos aires el trayecto tiene una duración de seis horas. Es importante llegar dos horas antes del viaje y confirmar la reserva a través de la web con 72 horas de anticipación. Los asientos y vagones están asignados por números en el pasaje y se permite llevar un bolso de mano y una maleta de hasta 50 kg.
Mi viaje salió a las 6:22 am, por lo que tuve que estar en la estación Constitución a las 4 am, que es donde salen los trenes de larga distancia.
Cada vagón cuenta con un baño en cada extremo, lavamanos y un filtro de agua fría y caliente cada 2 vagones. También hay dispensadores de alcohol en gel. también El tren cuenta con un vagón comedor donde se pueden comprar alimentos simples como sándwiches de jamón y queso, café, gaseosas, galletas, etc.
Se puede consumir en cualquiera de las mesas compartidas del vagón comedor o en el respectivo asiento, pero en el vagón comedor solo se puede consumir lo que se compre allí. En general, el viaje fue cómodo y tranquilo sin ningún inconveniente.
Al llegar a la ciudad de Mar del Plata, la terminal comparte espacio con los autobuses de larga distancia. Hay varios servicios de comida y tiendas de recuerdos. Al salir, se puede tomar un taxi o un colectivo (autobús).
Después de dejar todas las maletas en el hotel, aunque estaba cansado porque casi no había dormido la noche anterior, fui a ver el mar. Desde el hotel, estaba a seis cuadras de la playa Bristol, cerca del monumento de los lobos marinos y de dos grandes casinos.
Al día siguiente, caminé por las calles cercanas y descubrí casas hermosas, una iglesia muy bonita y la Torre Tanque, desde donde se puede ver prácticamente todo Mar del Plata y que provee de agua potable a gran parte del área. Es el mejor lugar para tener una vista del mar y la ciudad, y lo recomiendo si estás de visita en Mar del Plata.
También hay un jardín impresionante y verde. Continuamos caminando y llegamos a la playa Varese, la cual tiene una hermosa vista.
En el camino, nos encontramos a Pakito y su dueña, quienes fueron muy amables al sugerirnos varios lugares para comer. Elegimos el restaurante Tío Curzio por su vista espectacular frente al mar. Luego bajamos a la playa con arena fina marrón y agua templada. A pesar de que el agua estaba fría, no pude resistirme y me metí en ella.
Luego fuimos al centro de la ciudad al Maid Café. Dejo el enlace en la descripción por si desean conocer mi experiencia allí. En los siguientes videos, verán los lobos marinos, el paseo en barco y la comida.
En resumen, Mar del Plata es hermosa, tiene todos los servicios cerca y muchos lugares que visitar y descubrir. ¡Hasta la próxima!

For my trip, I used the Argentinean trains, leaving from Buenos Aires the trip has a duration of six hours. It is important to arrive two hours before the trip and confirm the reservation through the web 72 hours in advance. Seats and carriages are assigned by numbers on the ticket and you are allowed one carry-on bag and one suitcase up to 50 kg.
My trip left at 6:22 am, so I had to be at Constitución station at 4 am, which is where the long distance trains leave.
Each carriage has a toilet at each end, sink and a hot and cold water filter every 2 carriages. There are also alcohol gel dispensers. The train also has a dining car where you can buy simple food such as ham and cheese sandwiches, coffee, sodas, cookies, etc.
You can eat at any of the shared tables in the dining car or at your seat, but in the dining car you can only eat what you buy there. In general, the trip was comfortable and quiet without any inconvenience.
Arriving in the city of Mar del Plata, the terminal shares space with the long distance buses. There are several food services and souvenir stores. When leaving, you can take a cab or colectivo (bus).
After leaving all the luggage at the hotel, although I was tired because I had hardly slept the night before, I went to see the sea. From the hotel, it was six blocks to Bristol Beach, near the sea lions monument and two large casinos.
The next day, I walked through the nearby streets and discovered beautiful houses, a very nice church and the Torre Tanque, from where you can see practically all of Mar del Plata and which provides drinking water to a large part of the area. It is the best place to have a view of the sea and the city, and I recommend it if you are visiting Mar del Plata.
There is also an impressive and green garden. We continued walking and arrived at Varese beach, which has a beautiful view.
On the way, we met Pakito and his owner, who were kind enough to suggest several places to eat. We chose the Tio Curzio restaurant for its spectacular oceanfront view. Then we went down to the beach with fine brown sand and warm water. Even though the water was cold, I couldn't resist and jumped in.

In short, Mar del Plata is beautiful, has all the services nearby and many places to visit and discover. See you next time!
