Why did Malachi 3:7-10 says about Tithing but II Corinthians 9:7 speaks of offering

Purest or all purer is the word of God, if Malachi 3:7-10 is the word of God, then II Corinthians:9-7 is also the word of God because giving tithe because giving tithe and offering are recommended to Istrealites
II Corinthians:9-7 is for Christians and Christians are very much different from Istrealites
