Un enorme saludo a todo el ecosistema de la plataforma Hive, incluida toda la comunidad de Liketu y mis compañeros dentro de SWC; espero estén teniendo un día maravilloso.
En el día de hoy realicé una rutina junto con mi compañero sw-kleymer donde intentamos enfocarnos en fuerzas distintas. En este caso, realicé front level con una intensidad respectivamente alta para mí y mi compañero Kleymer realizó plancha que, si bien aún le cuesta, hemos mejorado mucho respecto a la forma y la intensidad de nuestras rutinas de entrenamiento.
Hicimos un video donde realizamos toda nuestra rutina como un estilo vlog, aprovechando que mi compañero se quedó en mi casa unos días para poder hacer contenido y evolucionar juntos 🦾.

Today I did a routine with my partner sw-kleymer where we tried to focus on different forces. In this case, I did front level with a respectively high intensity for me and my partner Kleymer did plank which, although it is still difficult for him, we have improved a lot regarding the form and intensity of our training routines.
We made a video where we did our entire routine as a vlog style, taking advantage of the fact that my partner stayed at my house for a few days so we could make content and evolve together 🦾.
