    Los movimientos de calentamientos son un elemento básico e imprescindible en toda actividad física. No lo dejes pasar, porque lo puedes lamentar. Activa tu cuerpo con esta fase imperdible e inevitable. Ahora iniciamos con el Calentamiento 1. Nadador Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2. Golpes de Pera, 3 minutos por cada ejercicio. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series.

    El circuito principal está integrado por 3 estaciones, y tendremos como material una banda de resistencia. Si no la tienen, pueden trabajar solo con sus brazos. Estación 1. Paquete de 8 golpes, energía y poder. 20 repeticiones, todo el ciclo en 4 series. Estación 2. Uppercuts en tres direcciones + torsiones, siente el poder fortalecedor. 20 repeticiones, también el ciclo en 4 series. Estación 3. Uppercut individual. Candela pura. 20 repeticiones por lado en 4 series. Nos relajamos con apertura de brazos en T y Y por 3 minutos. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak.
