    Amigos míos, atentos que llegaron las flexiones candentes con variantes especiales para desarrollar masa muscular, tonificación corporal, ganar resistencia y obtener un fabuloso control motor. Como siempre, mi objetivo es lograr que cada uno de ustedes se active de la mejor manera, y con el mejor entrenador de #hive, el que te ofrece movimientos diferentes, libres de aburrimiento y lo mas importante, bien explicados para que no pierdas ningún detalle. El día de hoy nos fuimos al trabajo al aire libre, y como tal el fuerte viento fue un gran obstáculo para la explicación de los ejercicios, sin embargo, como todo aquí en hive tenemos que crear y experimentar cosas nuevas para el deleite de todos ustedes, por lo que se tuvo que encontrar la forma para que esta rutina fuera del total agrado para mi fabuloso público. Dicho esto, vamos a la acción que es que ustedes piden.

    Nos vamos con los obligatorios y necesarios ejercicios de calentamiento. Flexibilizar músculos, aumentar el ritmo cardíaco, y minimizar la ocurrencia de lesiones, es la premisa. calentamiento 1. Apertura de brazos + pierna individual. Seguimos con trote + toque de palmas hacia atrás, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series. El circuito principal está conformado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1 flexiones + golpe lateral + apertura de pierna, fabuloso. Estación 2 flexiones + plancha T, siente el poder. Estación 3 flexiones + apertura de piernas + piernas adentro.
