    Estructura de la #Rutina

    Fase inicial de calentamiento. Ejercicios dinámicos por 3 minutos cada uno. Ejercicio 1 apertura de brazos + doble rotación hacia atrás; luego nos vamos con saltos de tijeras. Acto seguido, Primer ejercicio central de la rutina. Plancha + apertura y cierre de piernas en salto + salto de rana. Nos ubicamos en plancha con piernas juntas, de inmediato en salto abrimos y cerramos piernas, para luego dar un salto de rana y regresar a la posición inicial. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.

    Segunda estación. salto de rana + rodillazos. Postura de plancha o flexiones con piernas un poco separadas. De inmediato nos vamos con el salto de rana, quedamos de pié y damos un rodillazo con cada pierna. Volvemos al inicio y repetimos el movimiento 20 veces en 4 series. Tercera estación. ganchos horizontales + uppercuts. Facilito, nos ubicamos en posición frontal de combate, rápidamente y de forma continua damos un golpe de gancho horizontal con cada brazo, para luego propinar par de uppercuts. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
