    Hoy es día de variedad y con eso nos ponemos a tono y en forma con ligaditos intensos, una rutina donde habrá de todo. Caminaremos de manos sumando flexiones, haremos planchas, daremos golpes frontales y cruzados. Prepárense porque como siempre @omarcitorojas los va a poner a sudar y a sentir acción emocionante. No se lo pierdan porque esto estará de locura; ven y descúbrelo, no tienes nada que perder, solo grasa.

    Pongamos el cuerpo a tono con los ejercicios de calentamiento. Etapa necesaria y obligatoria. Nos vamos con los siguientes movimientos que estarán muy buenos. Calentamiento 1; Giro alterno de hombros con manos sobre ellos. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; Plancha + rodilla al frente. Cada ejercicio de calentamiento por 3 minutos. Recomendación: Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, calienta un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidrátarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales pérdidas durante la acción.

    El circuito principal está constituido por 3 estaciones. Estación 1, Caminata de manos + flexiones diamante. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 2, Plancha + toque de glúteo opuesto con mano invertida. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3, Jab + cruzado + cambio de guardia en salto. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
