    Porque en #hive nuestros seguidores mandan, la #rutina de hoy busca complacer la solicitud de nuestra hermana @vanessacala , quien deseaba ver ejercicios para sanar y fortalecer los músculos lumbares. Esto debido a que ha estado realizando ejercicios en el gimnasio, pero se ha visto afectada en esta zona. Entonces mi reina sus deseos son órdenes, y en el presente #video he complacido su solicitud. Por ello, aunque el énfasis estará basado en la columna, también tonificarás y fortalecerás el abdomen, tren inferior y brazos. De verdad que preparé esta rutina con mucha rapidez, pero con todo el amor, pasión y cariño para ti @vanessacala y para todos los que deseen sentirse bien, no solo de la zona lumbar, sino de todo su cuerpo. Algo gracioso fue cuando estaba realizando el ejercicio de pájaro perro, recuerdo que siempre estan varios pajaritos cantando durante mis rutinas, pero solo pensaba cuando irá a ladrar el perro de la vecina, ja ja ja ja.     Es de hacer notar que en la rutina no vamos a trabajar con valocidad, ya que son movimientos destinados a sanar y fortalecer afecciones de la columna, por ello desde los calentamientos, hasta la relajación los ejecutaremos suavemente. Iniciamos. Calentamiento 1. Extensión de columna boca abajo. Seguimos con giro lumbar en plancha, cada ejercicio con un tiempo de 3 minutos.
