Blessed day to you all! Today is another great day that the Lord has made. What a privilege and honor it is to witness a day like this and to be a partaker of it. My name is @oluthomas.

We are in Week 157 of the AfriTunes Weekly Contest, and I bring you a song in Hausa titled Yesu Yayi, which translates to Jesus Has Did It. This song was originally sung by Solomon Lange, a popular gospel singer from Northern Nigeria, known for his worship songs dedicated to the Lord.

What motivated me to sing this song is God’s faithfulness. It also brings back fond memories of my Sunday school days every Sunday, our teachers would make us sing this song loud and clear, rejoicing and clapping our hands. This song has left a lasting memory in my heart, and I’m delighted to recall and sing it just as we did back then when I was still a little child.
