    Hello guys, Hope you are enjoying the new week?
    You are mostly welcome to another week of Pukumundo, 68th week, I pray Blessings all round (Amen).

    My entry for this week is what I titled "fitness for the laps" joined with "daily workout for the upper part of the body" (Especially, flexing the spine).

    I am gonna start with Fitness for the laps:

    1st step: stretch out only your left
    2nd step: rest your two arms on your right legs
    3rd step: bounce on the right leg.
    Repeat these steps, changing you position to your left leg.

    The second fitness is what I call daily workout for upper part of the body, it is a straight forward dailty workout.
    1st step: stand straight, bend your upper body to the left and right
    2nd step: bend the upper part of your body to the front ,if possible, let your head touch your two laps, but it is not necessary though, do this gently, please. Also, bend your upper part of the body to the backward side. it is a daily workout I usually do and it practically helps a lot.

    please, take all the workout/fitness slightly and easy, always remember it is workout/fitness, it is not do or die, please

    Hola chicos, espero que estén disfrutando de la nueva semana?
    En su mayoría son bienvenidos a otra semana de Pukumundo, la semana 68, rezo Bendiciones a todos (Amén).

    Mi entrada para esta semana es lo que titulé "fitness para las vueltas" junto con "entrenamiento diario para la parte superior del cuerpo" (especialmente, flexionar la columna).

    Voy a empezar con Fitness para las vueltas:

    1er paso: estira solo tu izquierda
    2do paso: apoyando tus dos brazos en tus piernas derechas
    3er paso: rebote sobre la pierna derecha.
    Repite estos pasos, cambiando tu posición a tu pierna izquierda.

    El segundo fitness es lo que yo llamo entrenamiento diario para la parte superior del cuerpo, es un entrenamiento diario sencillo.
    1er paso: párese derecho, doble la parte superior del cuerpo hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha
    2do paso: doble la parte superior de su cuerpo hacia el frente, si es posible, deje que su cabeza toque sus dos vueltas, pero no es necesario, hágalo suavemente, por favor. Además, doble la parte superior del cuerpo hacia atrás. es un entrenamiento diario que suelo hacer y practicamente ayuda mucho.

    por favor, tome todo el entrenamiento/fitness levemente y con calma, siempre recuerde que es entrenamiento/fitness, no es vida o muerte, por favor
