Con este contrato de conseguirlo, Juan Soto estaría solitario en la cima de los jugadores mejor pagados en las grandes ligas dejando atrás los contratos exorbitantes de Mookie Betts que fue de 365 por 12 años, Myke trout 360 y 10 años Lindor por 340 y 10 años por supuesto que hasta ahorita estos jugadores están cumpliendo con las proyecciones.

Ahora bien este panorama nos deja ver qué cada día que pasa la juventud toma más terreno y que lo que antes era algo impensable será la constante de parte de los dueños de equipos en las grandes ligas, por qué digo esto! es simple, antes los jugadores debían ser contantes en muchas temporadas para obtener grandes contratos pero ahora valdrá más la proyección y la juventud para seleccionar a los afortunados.

Particularmente pienso que al momento que los bravos de Atlanta realizaron la extensión de contrato a Ronald Acuña las puertas se abrieron pensando en la juventud tanto así que posteriormente se dió el contrato multimillonarios de Fernando Tatis junior.

Para saber que vendrá en cuanto a la extensión de contrato de Juan Soto debemos esperar ya que por el paro, las conversaciones están paralizadas, aunque de parte del jugador ha manifestado que no tiene apuro alguno.

Les cuento que para el 2024 será agente libre y si mantiene los números sin lugar a dudas será el jugador mejor pagado de la MLB.
