Sing Sing is a riveting drama about resiliency, transformation, and the arts, set to release in 2024. The film stars Colman Domingo, an Emmy winning actor known for his roles in Euphoria, Fear the Walking Dead, Candyman, and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. In Sing Sing, Domingo portrays Divine G, a man imprisoned at Sing Sing Correctional Facility for a crime he didn’t commit. Refusing to lose himself completely, he joins a theater group in prison where he comes across one inmate who fashions himself as an outsider. As the two men get to know each other and the theater group rallies behind the idea of staging their own production, their journeys of resiliency, strength, and transformation come to light. The film is inspired by a true story and features an ensemble cast of formerly incarcerated actors.
