Pine Needles Harvest – Medicinal Benefits of Shikimic Acid and Other Health Compounds

Pine needles are something I harvest from time to time to make a tea from. As scientific research suggests, pine needles are rich in health promoting medicinal compounds. One of particular interest, especially in present times, is Shikimic acid.
