Hello everyone, welcome to another W&T episode. Today I want to speak about why I've changed my barbershop, and maybe you can think that's irrelevant, but when I tell you my story you will see my reasons.

Business (any kind of business) need to take careful with their customers, they must be respectful and treat them all well. One happy client can bring you more customers, but just one angry could take your business to the cliff.

Of course, I'm not a toxic client, in fact, I don't even mention the name of the business. But as a customer, I think I deserve respect and be informed of any change that can affect me or my economy.
