After some information and previous practice, I managed to replicate a latte with ice, great for those hot afternoons, where we crave a coffee with milk, but besides being that it is cold and refreshing.
As for the materials, powdered milk is also useful, the coffee depends on each person's taste.
Personally, as I always say, I like pure roasted coffee.
This type of coffee is good for espresso, American coffee and some cold coffees.
The technique I use with the spoon is not to break with the harmony of the milk and the foam and to obtain that contrast between both liquids that would be the coffee and the milk.
Last but not least, the amount of ice cubes varies according to the taste of the people who are preparing it.
Certainly, with this type of technique it opens the way to an infinity of coffees, which I will soon be showing you.
