This conversation with Idaho State Trooper Martinez took place in Rathdrum, Idaho on 4/20/20. North Idaho Exposed and I went to Rathdrum to try to get some answers from the Rathdrum police department about their citing a woman for violating the stay at home orders from Governor Brad Little. The orders they cited her with are not lawful, nor do they apply to her. In the code it states that you have to have the the virus that is a threat to the population. Listen to NIE and I break this down with trooper Martinez. Then Idaho state representative candidate Alex Baron joins the conversation to give his 2 cents on the situation and orders themselves as well as how this law does not apply.
