It's been a couple years since I visited the Hanford nuclear site in Richland, WA. I have previously done 2 other stories on the underhanded dealings of a LLC(Mission Support Alliance) who won the cleanup contract and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Local #77(IBEW #77). I have been thinking about and planning my update to the story. As luck would have it North Idaho Exposed wanted to take a little road trip into central Washington to see how people were fairing with the Covid-19 issue. While in the area I couldn't help but revisit the training center and questionable land deal by Hanford. Of course this time I thought we should pay a visit to Mission Support Alliance(MSA). MSA is in charge of the cleanup and training/research that happens on Hanford. Nothing happens without these guys approving it. Oh yeah and they have spent at least $26 billion since 2008 for cleanup that hasn't happened yet and military training.
