School Denies Special Needs Student Education

This incident took place on 10/29/20 at Central Valley High School in Spokane Valley, WA. My son and I were told he would no longer be allowed in the building if we don't answer they "symptoms verification" questions. This happened the day after our IEP meeting with his school where his mother and I refused to approve their non integration plan. I had not answered their questions verbally or handed them the form to this point during the school year. Contact information for both assistant principles and Eric Brewer, the special needs director for secondary education are listed below. There is much more to come from this story so stay tuned this is just the beginning of exposing the bullying and intimidation tactics of these authoritarians used to bullying kids.
