Bella comunidad, en el día de ayer algunos de los usuarios de Hive y el proyecto Five Senses decidimos reunirnos en @laflordezapata para conversar un rato y tratar de arreglar el mundo como diría @crptogeek 😂 jaajjaj. Si íbamos a reunirnos, porque no hacerlo en un lugar que acepte HBD para expandir la criptoadopciòn en la isla y darle un caso de uso real a nuestra moneda estable. Por otra parte, estaríamos apoyando a @herlopab, ya que es el que está al frente de dicho negocio y es una amistad Hiver.

Beautiful community, yesterday some of us Hive users and the Five Senses project decided to meet at @laflordezapata to talk for a while and try to fix the world as @crptogeek would say 😂 haajjjaj. If we were going to meet, why not do it at a place that accepts HBD to expand cryptoadoption on the island and give a real use case to our stable coin. On the other hand, we would be supporting @herlopab, since he is the one running said business and it's a Hiver friendship.

Al estar en un pueblo bien lejano del lugar, por supuesto me tocó llegar temprano, tengo la costumbre esta, porque si no me coge tarde después. En el video les dejo lo bonito que es el sitio y fotos de nosotros. Les comento que nos fuimos sobre las 6:00 pm poniéndonos al tanto de los proyectos que están por venir y futuros planes de cada uno.

Yo solamente tomé refresco importado, ya que no soy amante a la bebida y no estaba bien del estómago, pero los muchachos pidieron piña colada y sangría, dicen que estaban entre las mejores que se habían tomado, lo cual no dudo porque en el short de ayer el usuario @dahpilot recalcó lo mismo. Así que ya saben donde pueden gastar sus HBD si les gustan estos tragos. Nos queda pendiente ir a comer y catar la comida.

I only had imported soda since I am not a drink lover and my stomach was not good, but the guys ordered piña colada and sangria, they say they were among the best they had ever had, which I don't doubt because in yesterday's short the user @dahpilot emphasized the same thing. El sitio goza de un diseño genial y cubre toda la esquina de Zapata y 6. El toque de madera con cristales de las puertas, la barra con la imitación a ladrillos con maderas y la combinación de colores frescos del local blanco y amarillo vinculan lo antiguo con lo moderno. Me llamó mucho la atención una pared que había con plantas colgadas, esa idea solamente se le pudo ocurrir a una mujer porque le da vida al lugar. Otro punto que me encantó del lugar fue lo bien restaurada o el mantenimiento que le han dado a esas columnas antiguas y todos los detalles que tiene la misma. Aún conserva sus portones de metal para proteger los cristales, no sé en otros países como sea porque nunca he viajado, pero aquí en Cuba los locales que cuentan con eso tienen más de 60 o 70 años, aunque si nos guiamos por la fecha que dice el local 1926 estamos hablando de casi 100 años y solo las fotos y el video demuestra el magnífico trabajo hecho.

The place has a great design and covers the whole corner of Zapata and 6. Another point that I loved about the place was how well restored or the maintenance they have given to those old columns and all the details that it has. It still has its metal gates to protect the windows, I do not know how it is in other countries because I have never traveled, but here in Cuba the places that have that have more than 60 or 70 years, although if we go by the date that says the local 1926 we are talking about almost 100 years and only the photos and video shows the magnificent work done.

Acá podemos observar el indicador de la esquina mostrando la dirección (en Cuba lo llamamos mojoncito). En los pocos lugares donde todavía existen estas indicaciones están muy deterioradas, ya que nunca le dan mantenimiento y tienden a romperse y quedarse así.

Como pueden ver en las fotos, todas las mesas son de madera al igual que las sillas, lo cual se ve muy de acorde al diseño del local, aparte de brindar una buena resistencia a golpes y al sufrimiento del ambiente ya que está al aire libre. Pienso que fue una decisión muy buena. En cuánto al piso son losas de granito, no sabría decirles si son las losas originales del local, me parece que no, pero eso nos lo puede aclarar @herlopab, ya que en este tipo de locales según mi experiencia venían con unas losas tipos mosaicos más tropicales.

El interior del local cuenta con piso de granito blanco y negro, también con las paredes pintadas de blanco, lo cual está muy a la moda y tiene una ambientación de objetos antiguos que le da ese punto medio entre lo antiguo y lo moderno. La barra es una isla de mampostería y madera la cual podrán disfrutar en el video.

As you can see in the pictures, all the tables are made of wood as well as the chairs, which looks very much in keeping with the design of the place, apart from providing a good resistance to shocks and to the suffering of the environment since it is outdoors. I think it was a very good decision. As for the floor, they are granite slabs, I could not tell you if they are the original slabs of the premises, I think not, but that can be clarified by @herlopab, since in this type of premises according to my experience they came with a more tropical mosaic type slabs.

The interior of the place has black and white granite floors, also with white painted walls, which is very fashionable and has an atmosphere of antique objects that gives it that middle point between old and modern. The bar is an island of masonry and wood which you can enjoy in the video.
