These 3 tips are thought from my point of view, as I speak from my experience, such as stop using the cell phone so much, it is a great way because we enjoy more quality time with loved ones, and thus rest the mind, the view. Only use the phone when you are going to take a picture or a video.

Neurogen los saluda con mucha alegría, en este día les traigo este video donde les comparto 3 consejos para que en esta navidad pasen su tiempo de una manera sana y correcta con toda su familia y amigos en estas fiestas.
Estos 3 consejos son pensados desde mi punto de vista, ya que hablo desde mi experiencia, como por ejemplo el dejar de usar tanto el celular, es una gran manera porque así disfrutamos más el tiempo de calidad con los seres queridos, y así descansar la mente, la vista. Solo usar el teléfono cunado se va a tomar una foto o un vídeo.
