Fountain in my city (Belarus)

Hello. I'm from Belarus. A few years ago, a fountain was built in our small town. When it’s warm outside, the fountain begins to work and many children gather for it. One afternoon, one dog came here all the time. She barked, frolic and played with water. Her perky barking is heard throughout the district. Sometimes it even started to bother. But now there are fewer and fewer people near the fountain. Other dogs also come this year to play with water. But the situation with caronovirus has influenced a lot of things this year.
