Hi friends how are you all? hope you are very well i am Nazmul Islam in bangladesh village today i am going to muradnagar we have a meeting there to attend that meeting i am going everyone because walking is important as a physical exercise.
Walking in the morning :
As I work in the health sector, I know that work is very important for the body, especially physical work or exercise, so we should walk at least 30 minutes every day. Walk regularly for at least half an hour.
