    Hola mis amigos, en esta oportunidad les quiero mostrar una maravillosa obra de arte, los famosos pansitos dulces que se elaboran en mi bello país #Venezuela. Estos pansitos son muy ricos y faciles de hacer, y lo mejor es que no llevan tando materiales para poder elaborarlos. Yo personalmente tengo mi propia receta para hacerlos, pero decidí aventurarme y hacer una receta que vi por internet de un chef venezolano, su canal de youtube es este, ahí pueden chequear algunas maravillosas recetas que el tiene para compartir, debo aclarar que el vídeo que se muestra no es originalmente mío es de él, lo puse solo para mostrar el procedimiento, es el mismo que yo utilicé y me dio igual resultado, por eso a su receta le doy un 10/10. Espero ustedes también lo intenten y que les quede igual de bien!!!!.

    Ingredientes

    • 1090 gramos de harina de trigo, es decir 1.09 kilos.
    • 380 ml de leche liquida
    • 180 gr de azúcar
    • 1 cda de azúcar
    • 1 cdta de sal
    • 10 gr de levadura seca instantánea
    • 1 huevo para la masa y otro para barnizar
    • 130gr de margarina
    • Azúcar para cubrir y otro poco para el barniz.
