Mi experiencia con la ansiedad [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive,espero tengan un bonito viernes ,hoy les voy contar un poco de mí experiencia con la ansiedad o transtorno de ansiedad y como vivo mi día a día con ella,cómo puede ser difícil y molesto,también iré hablando en mi video de cómo supe lo que me estaba pasando,que hice para tratarla y como fue el proceso en todo este tiempo.

Si estás pasando por esto o algo similar me gustaría que vieras el video,muchas veces pensamos que estamos solos en alguna situación difícil o nos pasa nada más a nosotros y la verdad hay muchas más personas pasando por esa situación.

Recuerden que todo puede mejorar en nuestra vida y más si ponemos empeño y buscamos las herramientas adecuadas para mejorar nuestra situación y también debemos cuidar nuestra salud mental.
