The SteemFest Experience

Okay, so I FINALLY got around to posting some footage of the actual SteemFest event and related activities.

It started off a little hectic. I underestimated the insanity of Bangkok traffic. It took awhile for our driver to find the correct location. Then, once he dropped us off, it was on the wrong side of the street! The street was too wide and too busy to cross on foot, so we hiked our way to the nearest cross walk...which was blocks away! Ugh.

But once we arrived and sat down--it was non-stop awesome! @roelandp did a great job of moving things along for both the on-stage talks, but also the breaks and evening activities. These included things like a temple visit, bowling at the top of a 7-story mall, dining right off the river, and a dinner boat cruise!

Everyone who attended had plenty of opportunities to mingle, chat, and get to know one another. At the same time, I think we all walked away knowing more about what the blockchain has to offer.

I'm grateful for all the new friendships and all the exciting new projects and Steem developments! I think the entire event was a huge success.

Can't wait for the next one!
