I do not come here to talk about religion, nor to preach or impose a way of thinking, I just want to express what I feel about what is sacred to me. I bring a song that speaks of that which is superior to me, that which goes beyond what I am.

We all have something sacred in our lives, we all have something to which we consider superior and in which we take refuge. If you are an atheist, perhaps what is superior and sacred to you are the forces of universal nature, the mystery of infinite space. If you do not believe in science or spirituality, maybe what you worship is your life and your family, that is where the transcendental is for you. And if you are an immpersonalist and see spirituality through practices such as yoga or meditation, then the sacred and the higher will be your practice in those aspects.

The human being must believe in something, even Einstein himself once said so. Believing gives us strength, gives us security, gives us hope. Believing gives us a colorful perception of the world, it makes us see the beauty and the positive side of things in life, which is always present.

Supreme personality is a song I wrote to that which is adored by my heart. There are many things I adore, but in the end they are all one. To be able to see what you love within all that is around you, to be able to see that which is sacred in every person and every event is the path that leads you to love. One must even learn to see what is sacred in what one is, in order to learn to love oneself. I confess that loving myself is something that has cost me, maybe I don't even know how to do it, my self-esteem is not the best, but there are days when I wake up, I look at myself in the mirror and I say to myself: "Hey, courage, you could not have been born in a better way". That's how it is, we can change things, but we are what we are and we have to be grateful for that.

Talking a little more about the song, I wrote it to Krishna, who according to Vedic philosophy, is considered the supreme personality of God. He is so called because, according to this same philosophy, it speaks that the god Visnu manifests through different avatars to bring peace and harmony, and among those manifestations, Krishna is the main and the highest, the Supreme.

It is said that in the beginning all the living entities were in the spiritual plane together with Krishna, but that, due to a decision of their own, the souls decided to descend to the material world and move away from Krishna. When the souls come down to the material world, they start accumulating karma, they go through different animal kingdoms through the cycle of death and birth. By nature, there comes a time when the soul gets tired of so much suffering and ends up wishing to return to Krishna. Basically, the song I bring today talks about that.
