They have been days of delay and all that thanks to this small device that accompanies me in the recording, a condenser microphone. I spent several days looking for one at a good price in the city of Caracas, which generated a quite formidable waste of time because it was not very easy to find one. Coincidentally, the day we ventured to buy the microphone there were many stores closed, and sometimes I found some for sale but without the recording parallax.

When I finally found one, I tried to test it at home and it didn't work, I went back to the store and they didn't have condenser microphones to exchange, so they decided to return my money. I was a little frustrated, I didn't feel like being without a small recording equipment, so I contacted my friend @leandromusic4 to help me find a functional microphone offer. Indeed, that same day I managed to schedule a purchase for the next day in a store not so far from my current home; I arrived at the store, I tried it and everything seemed apparently fine, with a month warranty would be enough.

Han sido días de retraso y todo eso gracias a este pequeño artefacto que me acompaña en la grabación, un micrófono condensador. Estuve varios días buscando alguno a un buen precio en la ciudad de Caracas, lo que generó un desgaste de tiempo bastante formidable debido a que no fue muy sencillo encontrar uno. Casualmente, el día que nos aventuramos a comprar el micrófono habían muchas tiendas cerradas, y en ocasiones encontraba algunos en venta pero sin el paral de grabación.

Cuando por fin encontré uno, busque probarlo en casa y no funcionó, volví a la tienda y no tenían micrófonos condensadores para cambiarme, así que decidieron regresarme el dinero. Me quedé un poco frustrado, no me dieron muchas ganas de quedarme sin un pequeño equipo para grabar, así que me contacte con mi amigo @leandromusic4 para que me ayudara a encontrar una oferta de micrófono funcional. Efectivamente, ese mismo día logré pautar una compra para el día siguiente en una tienda no tan lejos de mi casa actual; llegue a la tienda, lo probé y todo parecía aparentemente bien, con un mes de garantía sería suficiente.

Subsequently, I arrived home with the product, at first I did not pick up the sound very well when singing, and believe me when I tell you that this is the litmus test: "Recording music". So, as I was saying, our dear friend the microphone at that time had a somewhat decadent posture in its performance. I tried it in a thousand and one ways and it didn't sound any better, until, at one point, it just stopped recording. I didn't even get to record a song with the microphone. Fortunately, after testing it with a computer and verifying its dysfunctionality, I went to the store to claim the warranty and they changed the microphone for a better one.

I have since yesterday with this microphone working. Today I was recording to see how it sounds and well, I guess it does not sound bad. I didn't want to give a lot of effects to the voice, although in retrospect, a little more echo wouldn't have hurt.

Posteriormente, llego a casa con el producto, al principio no captaba muy buen el sonido al cantar, y créanme cuando les digo que esta es la prueba de fuego: "Grabar música". Así que, como decía, nuestro querido amigo el micrófono en aquel momento tenía una postura un tanto decadente en su desempeño. Lo probé de una y mil formas y no sonaba mejor, hasta que, en un momento, simplemente dejo de grabar. No alcance a grabar ni una canción con el micrófono. Afortunadamente, después de probarlo con computadora y verificar su disfuncionalidad, fui a la tienda a reclamar la garantía y me cambiaron el micrófono por uno mejor.

Tengo desde ayer con este micrófono funcionando. Hoy estuve grabando para ver qué tal y bueno, supongo que no suena mal. No quise darle muchos efectos a la voz, aunque en retrospectiva, un poco más de eco no le hubiese hecho mal.

Regarding the song, I can say that it is one of my beloved attempts to do Bossa Nova, or at least to integrate those chords. I made this song meditating on a mystical message, on the observation of our miseries and the vision of our power in congregation with the universe. To see beyond matter is not to wish death, but to be aware of what happens beyond, beyond lies a connection, a cause between values and actions. This organization of atom and particles that we call life has conspired and manifested the present where we are and where we are. At least that is the idea from which the lyrics arise on the one hand, on the other hand, I wanted to reflect melancholy as a form of deluded exhilaration that encourages the desire for death, placing as its counterpart the previously manifested vision of creation and value of our position in existence. Just think about it, millions of cells struggle to sustain us every day, millions of years of evolution and transformation of matter to reach this present moment of life.

Con respecto a la canción, puedo decir que es uno de mis queridos intentos de hacer Bossa Nova, o por lo menos de integrar esos acordes. Hice esta canción meditando en un mensaje místico, en la observación de nuestras miserias y la visión de nuestro poder en congregación con el universo. Ver más allá de la materia no es desear la muerte, si no estar consciente de lo que sucede más allá, más allá yace una conexión, una causa entre los valores y acciones. Esta organización de átomo y partículas que llamamos vida a conspirado y manifestado el presente donde somos y estamos. Por lo menos esa es la idea de la cual surge la letra por una parte, por otra, quise reflejar a la melancolía como una forma de regocijo engañoso que incentiva el deseo a la muerte, colocando como su contra parte a la visión antes manifestada de creación y valor de nuestra posición en la existencia. Sólo piénsalo, millones de células luchan por sustentarnos cada día, millones de años de evolución y transformación de la materia para llegar a este momento presente de vida.
