I understood another part of freedom when I started improvising. [ENG/ESP]

Greetings friends of Hive, I hope you are well, today I come to share with you a post where I teach @faiguarenas students about improvisation in dance.

Saludos amigos de Hive, espero que se encuentren bien, hoy les vengo a compartir un post donde les enseño a los estudiantes de @faiguarenas sobre la improvisación en danza.

For me it is very interesting to teach this information to this population, taking into account that I learned all this at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes, where I was able to learn a lot about improvisation techniques.

Para mí es muy interesante enseñarles esta información a esta población, tomando en cuenta que todo esto lo aprendí en la Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes, donde pude indagar mucho sobre las técnicas de improvisación.

Learning to improvise in dance is learning to break the body barriers that the collective imagination has created over the years throughout Western society, one of the strongest structures to break is the body prison, although we do not realize by habit, the body has a very restricted mobility in society, and is only allowed to move differently in cultural or sporting disciplines and these spaces fill with life great human beings in society.

Aprender a improvisar en la danza es aprender a romper las barreras corporales que el imaginario colectivo ha creado a través de los años en toda la sociedad occidental, una de las estructuras más fuertes de romper es la cárcel corporal, aunque no nos demos cuenta por la costumbre, el cuerpo tiene una movilidad muy restringida en la sociedad, y solo se le permite mover diferente en disciplinas culturales o deportivas y esos espacios llenan de vida a grandes seres humanos en la sociedad.

I have been in many of those spaces throughout my life, different activities, all were and were of great learning, but I could find the ultimate freedom in dance, specifically in improvisation, when I discovered the ability to do what I want in a specific space I understood what freedom is completely.

Yo estuve en muchos de esos espacios en toda mi vida, diferentes actividades, todas eran y fueron de gran aprendizaje, pero la libertad máxima la pude encontrar en la danza, específicamente en la improvisación, cuando descubrí esa capacidad de hacer lo que me da la gana en un espacio en específico comprendí que lo que es la libertad por completo.

That is why I am very happy to give them this knowledge that was so hard for me to obtain, I hope they can understand this possibility of freedom that I offer them.

Por eso me siento muy feliz de darles este conocimiento que tanto me costó obtenerlo, espero que ellos puedan comprender esta posibilidad de libertad que les ofrezco.

Freedom is not just talking or thinking, if you don't learn from the freedom of body movement, you are still imprisoned inside your body.

La libertad no es solo hablar o pensar, si no aprendes de la libertad del movimiento corporal, sigues preso dentro de tu cuerpo.
