Hello friends
I went to my fields and made this video where we have grown mustard.
Mustard is grown here in winter, that is, when winter begins. Mustard starts at the end of September. And it takes five months for this crop to ripen. As it matures, its seeds begin to turn black, as you can see in the video.
Now that I've made a video of it, it's still a month away. Flowers begin to bloom first, then flower buds are formed. And then the green seeds begin to form inside these beans, the same seeds ripen over time. When these seeds turn completely black, these plants are cut and kept in the sun for a few days and then the seeds are taken out. Then oil is extracted from the same mustard seed which is a great need of human beings.
