Watching the world around me I couldn't help but be thankful. I'm so thankful that another day has been given to me. Just being able to wake up after so many health doubts. It's rightful to appreciate life because why not. Everything around me is beautiful. The sky, the wind that blows, trees and plants, animals, and of course, the people. Maybe more than I could not imagine even in myself. All I'm sure about is that I'm so happy to live for another day.

I created a short video because I thought people would surely notice it by watching it rather than reading it. I understand why so even just a second of their time I can show them why we should be thankful for. There is more, in fact, it's just a small portion of life we should be thankful for. I hope my small video will help those who are feeling mistrust of themselves.

Also, I want to remind them that we should not be stuck or isolate ourselves. There is beauty outside to motivate us to stop thinking of doubts and will continue life. Down feelings are always found because it helps to remember how it is to feel higher. Just going outside and appreciating the beauty itself will be enough to make us feel alive over and over again.
