Today on In the Kitchen with Matt, we are making Fry Bread. This fry bread is incredibly easy to make, simple ingredients, and makes a great breakfast, brunch, or snack. Ingredients
Store-bought frozen dough
Homemade bread dough
Oil for frying (canola, vegetable, peanut, coconut, etc.)
From Scratch Baking Powder Dough
2 cups All-purpose/plain flour (240g)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder (6g)
1/2 tsp salt (2g)
1 cup water (240ml)
