We just passed a major marker in time, 2/22/2022. Let's see what ths cycle brings.
Chanting "Om" or "Aum" during my meditations has always helped me achieve a calmer state of mind.
While I don't believe that the frequency of the chant makes any difference, I don't see any harm in incorporating it into our meditations here.
What little research I have done hints that there might be some advantage to integrating this frequency during our meditations.
