3 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE - 1DAY ( finaly able to upload in 3speak)

Hi Hivers,
I finaly have been able to upload here on 3speak. So for those of you who do not do youtube, here is the first day of the challenge.
I am very happy that I was finally able to upload here again, looking forward to use 3 speak instead of youtube.
Has been about five months trying to upload here without success. I am delight to be able to upload. :D
