On a 4-hr time frame, Bitcoin has already broken out a descending triangle. Now on an hourly time frame, BTC has broken out another ascending triangle. On a weekly time frame, Bitcoin has bounced from the support of $28600 and also from the support of a falling wedge pattern. But on a monthly time frame, BTC has formed a big rising wedge pattern, which is considered as a bearish biased pattern. You can watch more details in the video.
