Hola gente de Hive y SWC el dia de hoy les muestro algo de mis entrenamientos de 2023, es un pequeño resumen de esos entrenamientos lo que si veo es que el año pasado tenia mas nivel en front lever y sus variantes, en ese entonces el nivel de plancha era mas o menos intermedio pero ahora actualmente estoy entrenando para tener un nivel igualado en todos los elementos de front lever y plancha el año pasado también conenzaba a desbloquear elementos como el SAT y mi favorito el front lever a una mano ya que son elementos difíciles de conseguir pero bueno nos vemos la próxima
