On Fridays I work on my lower body majorly the glutes and legs, it gave a good burn too.
Love to take 'sweatfies', I took some and made this video
Routine consists of 4 rounds without rest while doing the 7 routines, 2 minutes rest in between rounds, routines are:
°Lunge with back kicks- 12 reps per leg
°Side lunges- 20 reps
°Jump squats- 20 reps
°Kneeling squats- 15 reps
°One leg glute bridge- 12 reps per 🦵
°Pulse squats and aide kicks- 12 reps
°Hip thrusts - 10 reps
Good burn 🥰
